real4.me — Real Estate For You. Property listings in Montenegro are scattered across dozens of channels and websites. We bring them together into one catalogue: on a map, with filters by town and district, price, area, bedrooms, distance to the sea and how fresh the listing is.

The same apartment is often offered by several intermediaries, each describing it differently. Here such a property is a single card: every listing for it is gathered in one place, so you don't scroll past the same flat ten times.

Only properties whose position we actually know appear on the map: a point from the seller, or a building named in the listing and known to our directory. The rest stay in the list — better to show a property without a pin than to place the pin at random.

We are not an agency and take no part in transactions: every card links to the original listing, where you contact the seller directly.

Spotted a mistake?

Wrong location, outdated price, property already sold — let us know via the feedback form. We read those messages first: the catalogue is alive and gets more accurate with every report.

What we count

We count visits ourselves, with no third-party trackers: there is no Google Analytics or Yandex.Metrica here. A page view stores no address — only a short fingerprint that tells us how many different people came, not who they are. Clicks — searching, opening a listing, contacting a seller — do store the address for 30 days, so we can see which countries people come from; the country is resolved by our own offline table on our own server, and the address is never passed to anyone outside.

Data is collected and parsed automatically, so mistakes are possible: locations may be approximate, and the “from owner” mark reflects what the listing itself claims. Texts and photos belong to their authors — we show them with a link to the original. Always verify details with the original source before making a deal.
