In short: we gather Montenegro property listings from open sources into one catalogue. We are not an agency, we take no part in deals and charge buyers nothing.

What real4.me is

It is an aggregator. Listings come from open Telegram channels and agency websites; every card links to the original, and you contact the seller directly. Prices, areas, addresses and photos belong to whoever published them.

What we are not responsible for

Card data is recognised automatically, and the parser can be wrong: about the price, the area, the floor or the spot on the map. We do not verify listings, do not confirm ownership and are not responsible for what sellers do. Before any deal, check the original and view the property yourself.

Your own listing here

By posting a listing through your cabinet you confirm that you are entitled to publish it and that the contacts given are yours or that you are entitled to publish them. We get the right to show the listing on the site and in link previews. Every listing is reviewed and may be refused without explanation; you can take it down at any time from the cabinet. You are responsible for its content: if it causes us losses or third-party claims, you cover them. Your listing stays on the site for a month; renewing it is one button in your account, and the month starts over. When it expires it does not disappear: it stays in your account, and the same button brings it back. If nobody touches it for a year — no renewal, no edit, no return — we delete it together with the photos. While the listing is live it is always your card that is shown: if the same property reached us as someone else's reprint, yours becomes the main one and the reprint moves under it into «other publications».

If a listing should not be here

Write to us and we will remove the card. The same goes if you wrote the text or took the photos and would rather not see them here.

What we keep about you

The data controller is the owner of real4.me; write through the Contacts page. Without registration we keep nothing that points at a person: visits and clicks are counted anonymously. On registration we store and process your e-mail address, your name and phone if you gave them, your listings, and a trace of your consent to these terms — the date, the revision of the text, the address and the browser string. If you sign in with Google, we receive from it your name, e-mail address, profile picture and Google account number; we keep the picture on our server. Your Google password never reaches us, and we ask Google for nothing beyond this. The e-mail is for signing in and for letters about your listings, the phone is so that a buyer can reach you, the consent trace is so that we can show what exactly you agreed to. The basis is your consent, given by clicking «Register». The password is stored as a hash: nobody has it in the clear, us included. A listing is shown for a month and renewed with one button; a listing you have not touched for a year is erased. What you delete stays in «Deleted» for thirty days — you can restore it from there — and is then erased for good together with its photos; you do not have to wait, there is an «Erase now» button. You can delete the account yourself: Cabinet → Profile → Delete account. It is erased at once and for good, together with the data, the listings and the photos. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising; letters go through a mail service that sees only the address and the text of the letter.

Data inside other people's listings

Listings from open sources we keep whole — the text, the photos and the parsed facts about the property — otherwise there is no catalogue. We do not show the authors' phone numbers or e-mail addresses: the card keeps the public Telegram @name, if the author gave it themselves, and a link to the original. The basis is our legitimate interest in running a catalogue of listings their authors already published openly. If you are the author and do not want to be here, write to us: we remove the card entirely, no reason needed.

Your rights

You may find out what data of yours we hold, correct it, get a copy, demand deletion and withdraw consent. Withdrawing consent means deleting the account: without the e-mail there is no way in. Write to us — we answer within thirty days. If our answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Montenegrin Agency for Personal Data Protection (AZLP).

Cookies

The site sets cookies: the page language, your favourites and — once signed in — the session. We have no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

We may change these terms; the date of the last update is always at the top of this page.
